Nupath Care is a new name in social care but part of an organisation with over 30 years’ experience of transforming care and support to a range of vulnerable people.
About Us
We have a proven record and strong reputation for delivering innovative, high quality responsive and flexible services.
Nupath Care is committed to developing positive lifestyles for people with disabilities and associated problems, including those who have complex conditions and behaviours that challenge services.
People we care for include young people between the ages of 16 and 18, adults between 18 and 65 years of age and people aged 65 plus.
Our enthusiastic and skilled carers provide technical, practical, and moral support to these vulnerable people. Our dedicated, specialist team is here to help them feel more independent and live fulfilling lives. We recognise that everyone is different.
We really take time to get to know the people we support; we assess and understand their needs, to identify their abilities and aspirations, and recognise what makes them unique. This helps us tailor and develop a person-centred support package as individual as the service user we’re working alongside.
