David Harrison

Managing Director

David has worked within the care sector for more than a decade. His experience within social care includes driving change and improvement programmes. As managing director of Nupath Care’s parent group, Helping Hands Community Care, David has transformed the business. His finance skills have proven invaluable in a challenging environment. However, it’s more his collaborative approach to engage, motivate, and encourage others that have helped launch and develop Nupath.

Sharon Skidmore

Sharon Skidmore

Operations Director

With more than 30 years in the care sector, Sharon is well placed to lead the team at Nupath Care. Experience combines with strong leadership and management skills. She has been within specialist care for more than 20 years, having worked with the elderly, learning difficulties, mental health, complex and physical needs including forensic. She has held various roles, including support manager, registered manager, and regional manager. Sharon is responsible for the management and delivery of all specialist care services and is passionate about delivering first class standards of care.

Deb Elliot

Deb Elliot

Quality Manager & Clinical Advisor

A registered nurse, with more than 40 years’ experience, Deb has worked in both social care and the NHS. She qualified in 1981 at Hexham General Hospital and spent most of her working life working in primary care. She joined the organisation in July 2015 in the role of Clinical Lead responsible for exercising professional leadership and direction for all carers and staff.

Branch managers

Tracey Bell

Teesside

Tracey has worked across Teesside in the care sector for almost 40 years. She has a huge expertise in providing care for the elderly, and those with learning disabilities and mental health issues. She began her career as a care assistant in a care home, developing her skills in different jobs before becoming a unit business manager and finally a registered manager in a care home. Tracey joined Nupath Care in August 2021 to develop specialist domiciliary service in Middlesbrough – with a view to expand into surrounding areas.

Sandra Vitty

Sandra Vitty

Northumberland / Gateshead

With more than two decades of care experience, Sandra has managed and supported staff to effectively deliver learning disability services, complex mental health needs and elderly care. Prior to joining the organisation in 2018, Sandra held various positions in the sector – including care assistant and senior care team leader. She is also familiar with care management roles, having worked in deputy manager and registered manager roles. At Nupath Care she oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving quality assurance and developing a growing team.
